The Dupont Circle House Tour, a neighborhood institution, has been presented by the Dupont Circle Citizens Association (DCCA) since 1968. Since then, tens of thousands of residents, visitors, and tourists have attended, and more than 400 properties have been open to tour-goers.
Proceeds from the House Tour, DCCA’s only fundraiser, contribute to the mission of DCCA to carry out charitable and educational activities; to work for civil and social improvements within the Dupont Circle boundaries; and to preserve the historic, architectural and aesthetic value of property and objects in the neighborhood.
On the day of the tour, you must visit the check-in table at the Dupont Circle Resource Center to pick up your House Tour booklet. The booklet contains a map of the tour route and will serve as your ticket for entry into the homes on the tour and the Afternoon Tea.
